Any suggestions on how to play this with the trills?

Trills in the RH are either 34 or 12 depending on whether they are above or below the other notes. You will have to use your thumb for a lot of the lower notes and simulate legato as marked. The long trill in the bass is whatever you feel most comfortable with; 13 being most likely.
