Gershwin Three Quarter Blues

Anybody know where I can get the sheet music for just this one piece? It's also known as the Irish Waltz, or the theme from After Henry (a British TV show), which is where I first heard it.

There are numerous collections of Gershwin's piano music, but I already have most of the other pieces. I'd be willing to pay if I could download this piece from somewhere.

 Oops -- sorry, thought I was posting that in sheet music requests. Can it be moved?
