Finding notes to this music video

Hi, I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is the place make this post in. However I heard this nice melody which contains a few piano chords. I tried to find out how to play it just for fun. Because it has been 8years since I played piano as a child - I need your help to identify the rest of the chords/notes.

I've by ear figured out these following notes, but when the guy blend another chord/notes in I'm having a hard time to find it on the keyboard (no combination sounds about right). Here's what I got (sorry for the noobish way to present it, hope you understand the principle):

First 10seconds:

RH: F, Diss, D, Aiss * 4, C, G * 3, F, Diss, D
LH:                Aiss         , G

At 22 seconds:

D+Aiss * 8, C, D+G * 8 -> but the last ones are played together with keys that I can't find.
