In the end it gets better, hope to hear from you. :) Would love feedback sicne my teacher is on vacation and I'm not done with this piece yet.

If you listen carefully to your recording you should hear that the rhythm is uneven. I believe that is mostly due to insecurity of the notes. Overall it's coming nicely, I know you just started this recently and you have made good headway as you are an early learning pianist as well.. How long has it been now, 6 months or so ?
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

The second note of the bass is somewhat hard for me, so maybe that's why? Around the 6 month mark now. I know I'm playing pieces not around my level, but I'd rather play something I suck at than something I'm good at but don't enjoy, lol. If that makes any sense.

Definitely insecurity btw, need to practise that away.
