Playing with the right side of the Brain
on: October 25, 2004, 10:04:58 PM
I've encountered and read a lot of books about the so called differences between the left and the right side of the brain, discovered from the observation of patients who got brain injury and how the impact on their abilities changed according to wich side was injuried
There are lot of books from drawing, to painting, to creating sculpture, to swimming, to writing, to composing, to gardening, to memorizing using the right side of the brain
This theory of learning with the right side of the brain really works and really helped me a lot on many aspects of my life
I've however never find something about playing piano with the right side of the brain
I was wondering if anyone here knew about the right side of the brain theory and if they knew if there could be a link with piano practice and piano permorming
