Help with a music...

Hello, I didn't find any sheet music for this music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5Ljd9V5FNc, somebody have it? or can make please?, because I think the piano is very very simple, but I don't have a good ear...

I'll take a look at it as see what I can do for you... I wouldn't be able to construct the piano part for at least a month because I'm so busy but if your still interested I may be able to help out.
