One piece of (fatherly) advice: if you want to make a serious career of piano playing (or anything for that matter), avoid building up and supporting a picture of you as a sex bomb. Yes, it does help to some extent initially, but in the end, you only invite infantile responses like the one above, and people won't take you seriously.

I noticed when I was down under that a majority of the aussie population are thinner than the average mcdonald eating north american population (but again many of us are starting to cut back or totally withdrawl from "Presto" food).

I guess thats partially a reason why the general aussie athelets kicked Canada's ass during the summer olympics....also they get more funding I think. Canadian athelets get next to dick all for funding and sponsoring.

the reason why british chicks are white is cos there's no freakin sun in the uk! and yes the same thing could be said about aussie's- i never said we were exceptionally hot as a general thing. and australia is apparently like the 3rd fattest country in the world, though all the teenage girls are poles cos there's too much of an emphasis on losing weight on tv. and we're just nautrally good atsport! well i'm not, i suck, but many others are super!

no sun in the UK...brings a whole new meaning on the golden sun song.

You guys are good at sport...I guess because you need it to survive in the outback!

You guys get WAY too much sun....like hello skin cancer.. I don't think I can stand the summer there.  You probably can't stand the winter here!  8)

Woohoo!  I need to celebrate - I'm starting my lessons with my teacher again after a break of two years!  Plus, I'm still on my partial scholarship, apparently, even though I thought, having had to beg her to take me back, she would make me pay full fees.  Yippee!!!

Actually, I almost missed first week of term - I called her and asked when she starts teaching this year, and she said, "I've already started" and I'm like, omg!  Luckily I got fit in as the last lesson of the week this week.
