Bach Prelude in D Minor (BWV 851)
on: March 09, 2013, 11:08:58 PM
Just got my new Zoom H2n audio recorder in today and I wanted to test it out. And then I look in the audition board and see that someone just posted this prelude
Oh well, here it is anyway. I know I take it pretty slow... criticism more than welcome!

Quite pretty work!! It's a very good rendition of this beautiful Prélude. It has some mistakes to correct but it's very clean played, and that's very important in Bach.
Congratulations!

I like that tempo, it's not too slow. My only suggestion is that you could do more to shape the left hand line. Even though you're playing it staccato, it's still an independent melody. The right hand is fine.
