How much would this piano cost?

HI guys,
I am selling my upright piano to get a grand piano. I have a 12 year old Yamaha U3 piano. It is not completely in tune. How much roughly do you think it would sell for?

Can you move this to the instruments sub board? Might get more play...

That said, it depends a lot on where you are -- but an out of tune upright in most of North America isn't going to sell for much.
