Tales from the bench: Adult Student Second New Piece
on: March 14, 2013, 01:09:31 AM
My teacher has pronounced by Rondo alla Turca "pretty good" and asked me what I wanted to play next.
My choice was Bach Two Part Invention No. 8, but she had already copied Beethoven's Sonata No. 5, Opus 10., No 1 for me which she tells me is within my range.
This seems far from Rondo Alla Turca on many levels, but she has suggested I just do my best. I'd appreciate any pointers on how to approach the first movement.
Thanks so much!
