If I know I have less than two hours before I have to leave for work, I have like a 'pit' in my stomach, and I find it hard to focus on practice, knowing that the time is dwindling.  So I lose productivity in chunks of 1-2 hours before I have to 'go somewhere'.  It's brutal.

Probably the computer. TV a little, though since taking up the piano I don't watch much TV, it's one or the other I don't have time for both!
