Scriabin Etude Op. 8 no. 5 - Polishing
on: March 24, 2013, 01:14:23 PM
Hello.

I'm learning this Scriabin's etude, op. 8 nš 5, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion to improve it.

There's a link with one performance of it last month.

Thanks in advance!

You've got very good control of the piece.

If you want to improve it -

Use rubato
Middle section is sped up, but not necessary.
Explore phrases and find those hidden nuances

It's good as it is. Move onto another Scriabin Etude...
Perfection itself is imperfection.
