Scriabin etude op 8 no 6.
on: April 03, 2013, 10:03:09 PM
Hello,
Im interested in learning Scriabin Op. 8 no. 6. Has anyone seen a copy of the sheet music with fingering numbers marked on it?
Also, how does one pronounce "Scriabin"?

Can't help with a fingered version (and can't see why you'd want one  :P )

Scriabin is pronounced Skree-Yah-b'n

Hi there.

I will scan for you my edition of this study (Ricordi BA 9803) edited by John Montés. It contains fingerings which, in the case that you have little experience with 6ths, will help familiarize you with the common fingerings for studies like these. The thumb will be very prominent. Just forgive the little handwritten notes; copy with teacher's annotations from WAY back.

Will inbox you soon.
