Best fingering for Mozart Sonata

Can please someone suggest me the best fingering for these chunks of the Mozart Sonata 283:

I've some problems with matching the fingering I would like to use with the fingering already marked (that I'm required to follow unfortunately)

Measure 3: Instead of crossing four over onto the C, I just use my thumb and then move my had onto the F-B. Similarly in the left hand, I use 1-5 on both the eighth notes on the second beat. That's only because I don't do well with 2-5 in the left hand. I think that's a good fingering because the hand-movement would lead to a detache feel, emphasizing the drop roll on beats 3 and 4.

Measure 10: I think the book's fingering is fine, or at least it was for me.

Were these scanned from a Peters edition book?

I think I have to get used to that thumb so near to the fourth finger, the problem is I have a very lon fourth finger compared to the other fingers
