Do you know this piece?????

Forgive me if this question is a bit out of place but I really want to find out what this piece is.
It's from an episode of Rick Steve's Europe. It starts around the 4:00 mark and last's about a minute. It sounds like it's from a soundtrack possibly Thomas Newman? It's driving me mad and I find pianostreet's users to be the most helpful and if anyone knows the piece name I would really appreciate it! Thanks

The credits mention a Jerry Frank. You should look into that first.
