Mozart sonata K310?
on: April 26, 2013, 08:52:25 PM
I have just started learning this sonata, the first movement. I have already learnt the first page. I think that there isn't any real technical problem but I am not sure, If I could play the repeated notes by the same finger or change it to another one. This probleme is there from the very begining where is D#,E,E,E,E,C,A,A,G#,G#...in sheets writen fingering is 3432321323, but I think that it is too complicated. Do you think that I can play it like 3444421322?
Thank you in advance! :D
Ps: This are the sheets I am playing it from  https://petrucci.mus.auth.gr/imglnks/usimg/e/ea/IMSLP00217-Mozart_-_Piano_Sonata__K_310.pdf

Possibly. Does it work that way?

Even if you can play it that way, you're soon going to come across pieces where that won't work. Now is a good time to learn to change fingers on repeated notes. It will get easy enough soon enough and set you up well for the future. It will also work better here in the end.
