Chopin Mazurka in Emin Op 41 fingering question

In the attached excerpt, I'm not sure how to handle to the arrowed E to A stretch in the left hand. My hands are fairly large, but not that big! Suggestions please?

When in doubt, roll the chord.

Yes, I could roll the chord, but the lower two notes are dotted halves, so they need to be held for the full measure. Should I use the damper pedal, even though it is not indicated in this edition?
