What is the Title of this piece?

Greetings, I have this piano piece but I don't know it's title and composer since it is in japanese.
Could someone please tell me the title and the composer?

I can recommend you download a mobile app called Shazam, then play the piece on the proper instrument, and it'll tell you the name of the piece (assuming you play it properly) :)
