Buying sheet music online
on: May 09, 2013, 07:09:22 AM
Can anyone reccommend a website/s?
Preferably something reliable, doubly preferable Australian. But preferably reliable.
Wanted to buy some Henle sheet music.

My wife is the librarian for the Cape Cod Choral, as such she needs to acquire music for some works they perform. She buys music, rents music to accomplish filling in the various head counts for different concerts. She also borrows and lends music on a working basis with other Chorales. When she buys music she has a couple of sources she uses, one of which is Sheetmusicplus.com. They do have Henle for piano in Urtext.

Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

There are quite a number of them. Hal Leonard has an Australian site, which I can't really comment on since they've never had anything I wanted.
If you google "Henle sheet music" you should be given a lot of choices.
