Mendelssohn's Capriccioso compared to Chopin Waltz in C# Minor, Opus. 64 No. 2

Hi there everyone. I just completed the Chopin Waltz in C# Minor, Opus. 64 No. 2 and I am now beginning Mendelssohn's Capriccioso. Would you consider this a significant advance in difficulty?
