    I'm still never not surprised by the stupidity of these things.  Why not fire the school admin who does stuff like this?  "Sit down and knock it off... and you... Just ignore him."  Problem solved, lesson learned.  Instead the "staree" will grow up and become offended when someone "looked at her."
