Ionian + Dorian + Phrygian + Lydian = ?
on: May 21, 2013, 04:50:46 PM
What is our full potential?
Is it one thing, or many things?
Do we have an “obligation” to live whatever that is?
To whom is our obligation?
Do you truly know yourself?
Or, does one know oneself only in glimpses?
Is your life beautiful?
Or, is it drab?
What if it is humanly impossible to live our potential?
Then what is your/our purpose?
Do you truly ever enjoy seeing others succeed?
Do you truly ever want to help somebody, just to help them?
Do you always act upon “your” truth?
Do you wish to be alone, or do you wish to be connected?
Must those be mutually exclusive?
Do you feel you have purpose?
Do you sense people in the world that you don’t know yet?
Do you have a soul mate?
Do you truly love?
Do you truly know what love is?
If you could voice it, would you voice it?
Or, would you be satisfied to hold it in?
Is there ever enough?
Do you have enough to give?
Do you wish to give?
Or, do you wish to take?
Do you put up walls?
Do you tear them down?
Do you let others in?
Or, do you rather settle for imagining?
Does it help you to feel in control of something that otherwise scares you?
Do you think the people in your life know you?
Do you think they give you purpose and meaning?
Can you multiply thoughts?
Does that multiply things?
What occupies your mind for most of your life?
How about your heart?
Do you like the sunshine?
Do you like the ocean?
Are you grateful for life?
Do you know what it means to live?
What is important to you?
Is there anything about your life that you cannot live without?
Do you ever sing inside your head?
Inside your body?
Does your life have music that stirs you?
Do you know what it is to be inspired?
Do you know what it is to inspire?
What gives you more joy; to be inspired or to inspire?
