Self-teaching piano is one of the worst ideas one can have, in my humble opinion.
You are talented but I see (or heard) that there are many basic things on your playing that can only corrected by a teacher, and it's not the out of tune piano's fault. I also couldn't see how do you play so we can say nothing about technique, hand and body position... everything fundamental aspects of a good and safe playing without the risk of injuries. A (good) teacher knows also which are the pieces you need to play at this moment in order to learn and grow your pianism. My general advice would be: don't trow away your talent teaching yourself (or do it if that is your wish).
Giving a concrete advice, he first thing you may correct is the numerous reading errors you have. Please, reread the score slowly.
