URGENT! Fingering help
on: June 01, 2013, 08:20:41 PM
Hi, I really need help, I HAVE to learn the mozart quartet k. 478 by the end of this month for a chamber camp, but I am stuck on the fingering for this run with both hands. I am attaching the page, and the run is located in the last line, 4th measure. Can someone please help me with the fingering for it?

You can try (fingering from/including F): 4-2-3-1-4-2-4  3-4-2-3-1-4-1-4  2-3-1-3-1-4-2-3  1
Or: 5-3-4-2-3-1-5  4-5-3-4-2-3-1-5  3-4-2-3-1-4-2-3  1

Thanks!!! I tried the fingering, and it worked out well. Do you (or anyone else) have fingerings for the left hand? :D

I am sorry. I should have thought to give you the fingering for the left hand as well. Here it is then: 2-1-3-2-4-1-3-1   2-1-3-2-4-1-3-2   4-1-3-2-4-1-3-2   4
   or: 2-1-3-1-3-1-3-1   2-1-3-1-3-1-3-1   2-1-3-1-3-2-4-3   5

I am not too sure if the fingerings are good, but you can just experiment yourself. I am sure you'll find something that fits comfortably. :) Good luck!
