C sharp major

Why is Ravel's Ondine in C sharp major, not D flat major ??

Hmm, I don't know.  That's a good question.

Maybe it has to do with the piece changing keys like 6 times.
Live large, die large.  Leave a giant coffin.

Ease of reading?  If it were in D-flat, you'd be dealing with a double flat right from the very first bar.
