place to learn sight reading for free?

do you have any suggestions on sites that could be used to sight reading practice?

The best way to practice sight reading is sight reading I guess and you only need some music and your piano for that.
But if you mean a site where you can practice note recognition, here's one:

Im looking for a site that has  good sight reading material , so that it start with easy to read stuff and goes slowly to harder stuff.

unlikely to happen. There aren't too many people with the ability to write a good sightreading guide who also have the time and desire to do it for free. I'd recommend just looking up sightreading books and buying one. They can't be that expensive.
