It would appear not. This doesn't seem to have been published by Billaudot, and is not in there current catalogue.  There also appears to be only one copy doing the rounds on the interwebs, too - the very crappy one copied from the Alkan Society.

Thanks for the info, man, and sorry for the lateness of this reply. Indeed, reality seems to back you up on this one real well. Oh well, I found this vid on You Tube where it's a lot cleaner, apparently this guy did it on Finale or Sibelius, not sure, might be a good idea to ask him if he's sharing or selling. Not that I adore the typeset of his version, but hell, it is a lot cleaner! ;)
