chopin prelude 8 in F#

i just started this piece after finishing rachmaninoff's prelude in C# and its a pretty big change. i cant get used to the rhythm... can anybody tell me how the helll to play both hands together im going crazy here!!

Let's look at the first beat, since the rhythm pretty much does the same thing throughout the piece.

There are 3 voices.  The LH and the 8 note figure in the RH are both accompanying the melody that begins on C#. 

The first four 32nd notes correspond to the triplet in the LH, such that:

RH: C#      ^C#         G#           B        A       
LH: A                 C#             F#          F# 

As you can see, the A and low F# both play at the same time.  The second half of the beat is obviously the other four 32nd notes in the RH and an 8th note in the LH.

I'd also recommend practicing playing just the melody with the LH parts to get a feel of the flow of the rhythm, which will also help you learn to voice the melody line.
