What do you think of Liszt's Consolation no 3 ??????and Rachmaninoffs prelude in g# minor?? op 32 no 12. I currently play these pieces, i just want to know what people think of these two pieces...do you think they are "showy"

consolation no 3 is overplayed.  I like consolation no2 more. THERE'S NOTHING SHOWY ABOUT THESE PIECES!!!!!

Hey I think I copied a wrong track from a CD...it said Reminiscences de Don Juan but it was only like 2 minutes long...I think I got that mixed up with a consolation.

I looked at the DJ score...and WHOA! It was like huge with 32nds running everywhere and chords here and chords there...and I was like..whoa dude maybe the track I'm listening too (which was all played like ppp) was a consolation..

Judging by the content and how insanely difficult it looks...I WANNA HEAR IT!

and Norma..and Inferno..and Grand Fantasie Sommumbala or whatever its called ...sounds like some african tribe.
