Need help with notes

Hello, I would like to start of by saying I do not play piano at all, I'm looking for the notes for a song and was hoping the folks here could help me out. I know I am likely on the wrong board or maybe even site, but it would be greatly appreciated if someone could tell me the first few notes in Eric Church's song "Springsteen", linked below. All the online tutorials and whatnot I found were piano versions of the vocal track, I just need those first few notes that play at the start and repeat a few times, thank you for your time.
