So are there Steinways anymore?

I saw the blog post on here, that Steinway got bought as a company.

Are they still going to be called Steinways?  Is the quality the same?

So far as I've heard yes, they will still be called Steinways.  The purchasing company is generally seems to be the sort that leaves well enough alone, and is more of an investment than a reorganization sort of thing.

However.  That does not mean that changes will not occur -- but whether they do, and whether they will be for the better or not, one just has to wait and see.
