[VIDEO] A. Berg - Sonata op.1
on: July 21, 2013, 02:44:09 AM
Two versions, the first one is a practice session before a recital I played last January.
Practice
Recital
I personally like the practice version more, I feel that in the recital version I was rushing between phrases, like not taking enough time to breathe between them, but it does create an anxious mood too I think. But, the piano I played on the recital had a better tone than the one from the practice session, the 'only' bad thing about the recital piano is that the una corda pedal didn't work properly and the 3rd octave sounded way too soft compared to the other registers, but anyways, I did what I could with that piano. Again, comments, observations, etc. are welcome
. Hope you enjoy.
