Pramberger Hidden Beauty Baby Grand

My wife and I are new to the world of pianos, and are trying to research details about the Pramberger LG157 Hidden Beauty Baby Grand pianos. We saw one for sale at one of our local colleges (they sell their used instruments every year) and we thought it looked and sounded great. However neither my wife or myself play, so it was great that this piano had the electronic player option on it. What I was wondering was since my wife and I don’t play, but we do appreciate the quality of sounds/music that are produced by the baby grand, what would be a reasonable price to pay for this piano, or is it even one we should consider? Is this a quality piano and if so where is it on the scale of good pianos (1-10 range)?

My aunt owns a 2002-4 Pramberger JP-185 (6'1") in Bubinga finish. I'd say they're Mid-level pianos at most. it plays nice and sounds nice. no where near a professional brand. theirs was the Young Chang version. She paid 24K brand new in 02/04 and they go for about 12-13K used now.  So you can imagine a 5'2 would be much less.. easy 4-7k (depends on condition/finish etc)

in your 1-10 scale (1 being almost worthless, and 10 being the pianos at carnegie hall) id say 4.5

Thanks for the reply and information we really appreciate it. We sort of figured it was a mid range piano since the price was much less than the Steinways they had on site. But we think it may be a good starter piano if nothing else.
