[Piece ID] Looking for the name and composer of a solo piano piece

Can somebody help me ID the piece that starts at 25:50? Sounds like Schumann to me, but I am not sure.

Unfortunately you can't scroll to the music part until the video is loaded up to that point so you need to be a little patient.
