Digital Keyboard?
on: August 16, 2013, 12:29:22 PM
As of now, I'm on vacation for a few weeks so my piano is thousands of miles away...
The only piano that I have to practice on is a digital keyboard, so I was wondering if one should change their practice routine? It's hard to really play dynamics on a digital piano, and actually pressing the keys is different too. I was wondering what drills and exercises I can do, or if I should just work on memorization or whatnot.
And, compared to most of you, I'm an amateur so I'm not really experienced with this. Anyways, sorry to bother you, and thanks for your advice!

Were I in your position, I'd probably work on memorising things, but I would concentrate at the same time on NOT memorising mistakes...
Drills and such-like on a completely different keyboard can, I think, be somewhat confusing and not awfully helpful.
