Did I do good?
on: August 18, 2013, 10:18:31 PM
I've been playing about 1.5 years on a Wurlitzer vertical (35"), and it was starting to sound tinny to me.  So I went looking for a used Yamaha.  I found a satin mahogany P2 which looked like it just came from the showroom.  My tech said it was a GREAT piano, needed nothing done to it.  Laughingly said the owner had only broken it in for me.  Tuning only 10% off after not having been tuned in 5 years.  I paid $1800.  And it looks wonderful in my library/music room ;D
