can  you recognize the scale a unknown piece just by listening ?
is that the same as perfect pitch?
can anybody learn it ?

Yes.

is that the same as perfect pitch?

No. This is called relative pitch (the relationship between different tones).

can anybody learn it ?

Yes.

how?

1) Practising scales with the will to memorize the melody, starting from ANY tone of the scale.
2) Ear training software, which you can either install on your computer or find online, for example:

No amount of how-to information is going to work if you have the wrong mindset, the wrong guiding philosophies. Avoid losers like the plague, and gather with and learn from winners only.
