BWV 935 is quite a lot easier according to the henle ratings (well, probably not if you want to play it like gould. But then everything would have to be level 9 I guess)
KV 545 has some pretty tough bits (like going up and down the c major scale steadily. It's harder than you would believe.). Also it is overplayed and the BWV 935 is a very beautiful piece and shorter aswell.
I vote for BWV 935, but you can try playing KV 545 if you prefer it by that much.

Thank you Mike!

It wasn't my intention to pick between the pieces, I just wanted to know which one is more difficult. I'm about to finish the bwv 926, then I want to finish Yiruma's river flows in you and afterwards the bwv 935.

Because if the bwv 935 is more difficult, then in my mind it would be oke to try the kv 545.

The bwv 935 is indeed beautiful. :)

Edit:

How about first invention of Bach versus the kv 545? Which one is more difficult?

BWV 936 and 772 are about the same level, with the invention being a little harder it seems (level 3 vs level 2/3 by henle ratings).
I've practiced both the invention and the sonata a few months after I started playing.
And since I didn't have a teacher until after one year of practicing, I was working very ineffectively. However, I got through the invention somehow. The sonata on the other hand was too difficult for many different reasons.
Paul Barton himself says as a reply to a comment on his kv 545 that "..."facile" couldn't be further from the truth, at least for me." And he's right, Mozart is very hard, at least from what I've experienced playing the Allegro movments of KV 545 and 332 (every note is important!).
Also, in my opinion getting to know - and love of course - 2-part counterpoint is more important than playing Mozart (Sorry Wolferl!).

Since it is one of the easier ones (maybe the easiest?) in the set you should be able to manage the invention well, especially if you're already (almost) done with a little prelude.
Actually, I would play the invention even before BWV 935.

Btw, if you haven't had enough of Bach by then, you could try one of my absolute favorites from the little preludes: BWV 936. Very hard to play well, but, allow me to make an understatement here, worth the effort.
