"Concertos" is English plural. "Concerti" is in the Italian plural for "Concerto". In Italian, instead of adding 's' after the 'o', rather change the 'o' to an 'i' so that it's plural.

Stevek is right.  Plus, both terms are entirely correct in referring to more than one concerto.  I have seen a couple of posts in the past where the posters thought that concerti was a bit stuffy.  I admit that in the U.S. we generally go with concertos, but concerti is still equally precise.
