Infra 3 -hands getting tired
on: October 04, 2013, 03:39:01 PM

here is the tutorial for the piece. and the original:

I have just established the right hand part but it is very, very tiring. Could you give me any tips about this 'getting tired' issue? Or is there exercises which i can do daily to strengthen my fingers. And how is this piece for a begginer? Am i going ahead of myself with this? Thank you.

Take a look at this four part film. I cannot stand seeing anymore amazing pianists being damaged by injury and fatigue in the hands. Watch all four parts to this. It's the Taubman Approach. The current certified teachers for it are listed on their website, https://golandskyinstitute.org/.

Film:

Part 1:

Part 2:

Part 3:

Part 4:

I hope you find this helpful and learn that you don't have to be tired or strengthen your fingers.
Clementi, Piano Sonata in G Minor, No. 3, op. 10
W. A. Mozart, Sonata for Piano Four-Hands in F Major, K. 497
Beethoven, Piano Concerto, No. 2, op. 19
