how to play 6 measure left hand chord?

i'm not small hand but still hard to play D, F at the same time using thumb

Hah.... I could never get the thumb to cleanly play both the D# and the F#. So I used thumb for the F# and 2 for the D#!

I have extremely powerful and flexible hands though. This may be out of your reach. It's a very wide chord.
