Scriabin Sonata No. 4, with the fiery finale.

Incidentally, Scriabin was obsessed, among others, with flying.
Played as an encore at a recital in Paris last month.

Hi Ariel,

It is always a bit of a challenge listening to Scriabin, especially for non-pianists who are just members of the adoring public for classical piano .... but as always your playing sustains my interest throughout the piece like that elderly male near you intently listening.  And you are right .... the last parts are fiery!! THANKS.

Hi Ariel,

That was a marvelous performance of the sonata! It was totally convincing.  Congratulations!  You got a big ovation which was richly deserved.

Ariel, I would like to congratulate you for the brilliant performance of Beethoven op.111 here in Prague. Leon Fleisher seemed to enjoy working with you.
