Upload pictures of score?

Hi,

I'm new to the site, I've done a search but can't find the answer so sorry if this has been asked before.

Is it possible to upload pictures of small snippets of scores?

I'm teaching myself (no ambition to be a performer!) a tune, I've bought the score from musicnotes and I'm on page 4 however, I'm a bit stumped as to how a particular measure is played.

I'd like to upload a small picture and ask questions about it. Can that be done?
