If you intend to learn the whole Pathetique, I would rather suggest to learn the 2nd movement first, then the 3rd, and finally going back to the 1st. It will give you better sense of achievement. The 1st movement is the most difficult amongst all three.
Specifically on the 1st movement, I would suggest one could start by identifying his/her comfortable fingerings in the mean time, ensuring correct rhythm. The not-straight-forward structure and the different, key phrasings/lines would worth for you to study as well. No need to rush for dynamics, rubato, brush up...
I also suspect there are masterclass videos / youtube video clips.
