Fazer Upright Piano

I got a agent selling Fazer upright piano and it is written in the piano Fazer 26 647 is it good to buy. It cost 75000+10000 = 85000 INR. which means in us dollars it is $1308 is it good to buy please let me know because i am a beginner and I do not have any idea on how to buy a upright piano.

Also please let me know your feedback on Pearl River UP 108M - Upright piano and it is new. Also it is coming with 10 years warranty, 2 free tuning and free transportation. This cost 140000 INR and some negotiable in US dollars $2154.

Which is suggestible and please suggest if you have any idea other model in mind. My budget is $2500 in Indian rupees it is 150000. I live in India so i want a piano here in this price mentioned.
