Bechstein Model D Grand for sale (UK)

I have a Bechstein Model D for sale. It's eight feet long and I haven't had enough room to keep it for the last ten years, so it is being looked after by some friends. Now they want to move house and I have reluctantly decided that I need to sell it. It is located near Yateley in Hampshire, UK.

The piano is the same style as the one in the picture (click https://www.besbrodepianos.com/photo149/bechstein-model-D-grand-piano-BIG.jpg) but not in such good condition. It needs a polish but it makes a magnificent sound, so it would suit someone who likes to play regularly.

I had it valued about 15 years ago and they said it was worth about £4,000 at auction. I'm guessing it is worth less than that now because electronic instruments have improved and few people have enough space for such a large piano. I am planning to advertise it on eBay.co.uk soon but if you offer me £2,000 or more I might forget that step.
