The beginning and sort of the end sound too fast to my ears.

I think it will be very good once the rhythm and phrasing is better directed, and the occasional bits of slurring and rushing are ironed out. As a guide, listen to the many and varied good versions which exist. For example, this man plays it at around 1:10:

I agree, that speed is about right. The OP's is varied and a tad rushed feeling but probably still better than I could do it right now ! I played that many times about 30 years ago.
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.
