Helping concert nerves

I enjoyed this feature in Music Teacher magazine this month. Written by a leading British accompanist of the younger generation, he pays tribute to his own teacher Christine Croshaw who herself is pioneering NLP (neuro linguistic programming) for musicians as a valuable tool to overcome concert nerves, lack of belief etc Worth a read :
