kawai vpc1

after a 6 month wait i received the keyboard, it is well worth the wait
the controller definitely gives you the ability of self expression, no more lifting the finger for that soft note (3 sensors), the keys are fast, the physical appearance and structure terrific , my only negative is no osx software, (from what i hear its coming) the first item i purchased blind, and won
the presets for related software do need tweeking, even without the software for editing, it can be done, the editing software allows you to save the presets into the keyboard, without this ,its the sample software that stores the presets
i use production voices grand another gem, i do have the related software that the vpc1 supports directly but doesn,t quite match up to the production grand, I,ll be looking at the true keys library this library only deals with true samples not an mixture of synthetic

so i tried the true keys american grand, very nice full pedal control with una corda and half pedal , many features to give that realism a plus for anyone looking for a sampled library at a modest cost
