Not yet. I must apologize for the delate. Next Saturday I`ll send to you, ok?
Bruno Mugellini was a italian teacher. His notes are good but sometimes lacking something... For example, in Invention no 10 - a gigue with accent "contraponto" - He says nothing about this accent "contraponto" and this is the "core" of that incention. In no 1, he only say that we must play the theme RH and LH with care, but he says nothing about how the theme is "treated" along the Invention, its inversions, mirrors, etc...
But the book is very usefull with fingerings and how to play the ornaments.
There`s another thing: He uses the crescendos and diminuendos as they were suposed to be played in the beginning of the 20`s centuary and now we know that such dynamics were influenced by the romanticism... Bach deserves a much better approach, I do think... But we have here, in piano forum, a wonderfull teacher: Bernhard.
Best wishes. Rui
